Return & Refund Policy

At AARC Transport, we aim to provide quality service and customer satisfaction. This policy explains how refunds and returns are handled for bookings and cargo services.

1. Accommodation & Tours

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled booking are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking date may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50%.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

2. Cargo Services

• Cargo bookings may be cancelled within 24 hours of drop-off for a full refund, provided the shipment has not yet been dispatched.
• No refunds are issued once cargo has been shipped.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate weight, packaging, and declarations of goods.

3. Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in cases of:

• Service disruption due to weather or natural disasters
• Operational delays caused by AARC Transport

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at info@aarctransport.com with your booking or cargo reference number. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
