Prepaid Services
All AARC Transportation Services are prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Booking Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate travel dates, pickup locations, passenger information, luggage details, and any special requirements.
Delays Beyond Our Control
AARC is not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, severe weather, airport procedures, airline delays, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Service Confirmation
Services may be verified using driver logs, GPS tracking, timestamped confirmations, and customer acknowledgements where applicable.
Pickup Policy
Customers should be ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time. A standard 15-minute grace period applies unless otherwise specified.
Concierge Services
Concierge services begin once payment has been received. Customers should provide all requested information promptly to avoid delays.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards may only be redeemed for eligible AARC-managed services and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unless otherwise stated, Gift Cards remain valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Third-Party Services
Travel bookings and tours arranged through affiliate partners are governed by the policies and terms of those respective providers.
Medical Transportation
AARC provides non-emergency medical transportation only. We do not provide emergency medical response or ambulance services.
Refund Policy
24-Hour Refund Window
Customers may request a full refund within 24 hours of the original payment, provided the service has not already commenced.
After 24 Hours
After the initial 24-hour period, monetary refunds are no longer available. Eligible customers may receive an AARC Service Credit or Voucher, valid for up to one year, in accordance with our refund policy.
Complimentary Rebooking
Customers are entitled to one complimentary rebooking, subject to availability. Additional changes may incur an administrative fee.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available for:
Customer no-shows
Incorrect service selection
Incorrect pickup information
Missed pickups caused by customer delays
Partially completed concierge services
Service Verification
To resolve disputes, AARC may verify completed services using GPS records, driver logs, timestamps, and customer confirmations.
Force Majeure
Refunds may not be available for disruptions caused by severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, airline delays, or other events outside AARC's reasonable control. Where possible, complimentary rebooking may be offered.
